Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

Delivery
All our service login IDs or Global Food and Beverages reports will be emailed to you within 24 hours of us receiving the confirmation of the payment from our bankers. The consulting services and TPA or pre-ordered market reports will follow the time frame as discussed during the proposal stage.
